The library is OPEN for browsing!
Masks are mandatory. Social distancing is mandatory.
Do not enter the library if you are feeling unwell.
What to do upon arrival? We are limiting the number of people in the building to one patron or family at a time. You are welcome to call or email and make an appointment for a time to browse. Appointments are not necessary. We’ll have a reversible GREEN and RED sign on the door. RED means the library is occupied and you need to wait until the patron is finished before entering. GREEN means come on in!
Once in the building:
- Masked patrons will be asked to use the hand sanitizer provided before browsing.
- Everyone entering the building will be required to sign in for contract tracing. Your information will be kept confidential and will only be disclosed to county health officials for contract tracing purposes.
- Once done browsing, place items you don’t want in the bin. Bring your items up to the desk in front of the plexiglass shield.
- Please be conscious of your time spent in the library. We’re trying to limit visits to 15 minute increments to allow for all patrons to have a chance to browse!
Curbside pickup will continue for patrons who prefer not to enter the building.
Children in the Library
While children are welcome to come collect materials in the library, they are not encouraged to stay just yet. All toys and activities in the children’s room have been removed for the foreseeable future.
There will be no access to computers or bathrooms at this time.
